K-dramas You Should Look Forward To In April

March came with a K-drama that stung our tear glands. ‘When Life Gives You Tangerines’ didn’t come to play with the onion-cutting. Thankfully, other dramas like ‘Potato Lab’ and ‘The Art of Negotiation’ were able to put a smile on our faces.

Here are the dramas you should prepare your popcorn for in April. Most of them have actors who haven’t graced the screen in a while, and they look promising:

Way Back Love

Way Back Love April Kdrama

Gong Myung is coming back to the screen after disappearing for about four years. He will be playing Kim Ram-woo, who was childhood friends with Jung Hee-wan, to be played by Kim Min-Ha. He died and became a grim reaper, only for him to see her in front of him after six years because she didn’t have the will to live.

They both had feelings for each other while he was alive, but they couldn’t confess before he got into the accident that caused his death. He tells her that she has only one week before she dies, and if she wants to die peacefully, she needs to call his name three times. Hee-wan, who had lived a lonely life, didn’t want to be separated from him the second time, so she didn’t call his name. He ended up getting to make a bucket list they will both carry out together before she dies. Smells like a tragic ending, but what can K-drama screenwriters not do? Over to their magic! This drama will air on April 3, 2025, on TVING.

Cha Ji-Won, played by Jo Joon-Young, also seems like the perfect guy as the grandson of a chaebol family who also has a good personality and is the typical boyfriend material of every female student.
