If K-Drama Stars Were Government Workers

If K-Drama Stars Were Government Workers - featured image

Ever wondered what your favorite K-drama stars would be like if they swapped the glitz and glamour of the screen for a 9-to-5 government job? Imagine them behind desks, stamping documents, or running departments with the same dramatic flair they bring to our screens.

Let’s assign some official roles to our beloved stars and have a little fun about how they will pull them off.

Hyun Bin – Minister of Finance

Every time he signs a budget, citizens swoon rather than complain because it’s not just the funds that are being cut but their hearts in half as he smiles. With his aura and composure, meetings take longer because everyone forgets their calculators and focuses on his face.

IU – Secretary of Culture and Arts

It will be raining concerts and shows. Even the dull town announcements will be converted into a fun show. Every province gets to host their karaoke nights in conjunction with the government officials. The police memos will also take a poetry form to make reading them prettier.

Lee Min Ho – Chief Diplomat

Just to stop wars, world leaders only have to take selfies with him. His dimples are enough bargaining chips for negotiating treaties. Foreign trips will turn into fan meetings, and yes, the embassy staff would absolutely love it.

Park Min Young – Head of Human Resources

She knows everyone’s birthday, star sign, and blood type. As the professional queen, she solves office gossip like she’s closing a corporate merger and makes HR meetings feel like romantic comedies.

Lee Dong Wook – Chief Prosecutor

Just with one look, the criminal confesses immediately. Trials are a true-life representation of K-dramas with the suspense and perfect sleek hair. Citizens call him “the Grim Reaper of corruption.”

Park Seo Joon – Firefighter Chief

Kdrama vs Nigeria

Accidentally starts fires in people’s hearts everywhere as he puts out fires in the building. When he trains his subordinate, the drills feel like workout scenes straight out of a drama.

If K-drama stars ever ran government offices, bureaucracy wouldn’t just be tolerable but addictive because South Korea would be the only country where citizens pray for more paperwork.
