She began her career as an underground R&B vocalist in Daejeon, South Korea and got her first appearance as a guest vocalist on Leessang’s album "Rush." The most amazing thing about Jung In is that despite her deafness in one ear, she still delivers soulful and unique blues that get people hooked. Her voice opened collaboration gateways with artists like Brown Eyed Soul, Dynamic Duo, and Bobby Kim.
Her band, G.Fla, disbanded in 2008 and she launched her solo career with the mini-album "Jung In From Andromeda" in 2010. The title track, "Hate You," received critical acclaim and ranked in the top 10 on various music charts. With subsequent releases, like the EP "Melody Remedy" in 2011, her versatility was brightly showcased in the spotlight and her solo artist career was solidified. Her melancholic lead single, "Monsoon," became a radio favorite, especially on rainy days, due to its emotional feel.
Over the years, she has significantly contributed to various drama soundtracks (OSTs). Songs like
"Twinkle"—Sweet Munchies (2020)

Her performances on music shows like "Immortal Songs" and "I'm a Singer 2" were perfect performances of her artistry. Her songs "Uphill Road" and "Western Sky," featuring Lee Seung-chul, also received widespread attention.
Aside from her professional side, she’s known for her down-to-earth personality and preference for a low-profile lifestyle, which explains why some people don’t know her. She often avoids mainstream music shows and focuses on the quality of her music and live performances instead. Her relationship with guitarist Jo Jung Chi, whom she’s married to, adds a personal touch to her music in tracks like "Thanks," featuring her husband's guitar playing.
