Different types of people when watching K-dramas

What type of person are you when watching K-dramas? I mean, we all have what I will call the joint behavior of K-Drama enthusiasts, that is, what we all do while watching K-dramas like snacking and all.

However, there are some characteristics that is peculiar to each of us while watching K-dramas, like that is what we are known for. So here, I am going to point out 5 types of people and their reactions while watching K-dramas, and you are going to tell me which category you fall into, in the comments, shall we?

The Directors

The first people on this list are the directors, and they are in two categories. The first categories are the ones who see everything wrong with the series they are watching 🤦🤦. These people are not professional directors in any way, but they always know things that should have been done better in a series. They are always found cussing and exercising all sorts of behaviors and trust me when I say it’s challenging to watch anything with them because they will frustrate you. (Walks away in genuine frustration).

The second category of directors are the ones who do not have the heart to see anything go wrong with or for their favorite characters, and you will always see them shouting and directing them on what to do as if the characters can hear them (bombastic side eye).

The spoilers/ Talkative

Here’s another category of people with whom it’s challenging to watch K-dramas. I mean, before you can enjoy watching your series beside them, you’ll need a tape or glue to seal their mouth because this set of people have either watched that series before you, read about it, or seen spoilers, and because of that their mouth won’t stay in one place (literally) and they will almost make you give up on watching that series.

The cry babies

The K-Drama-watching cry babies are the ones who contribute the most to the sales of tissue paper companies (lol). Yes, I acknowledge the fact that almost all K-Drama lovers cry while watching emotional series, but the ones in these categories are the president of the organization. They cry literally every time they feel like, I mean, every little thing makes them emotional. (They need to REST!!!).

The content creators

This is me giving myself out (cries in self-embarrassment), but don’t blame me. In a world where content is almost everything, some of us cannot help it. So content creators in whatever field (video, writing, vlogs, and all), are always looking for content-worthy things in K-dramas; they are not just watching for the fun of it but they are there to pick things they can make videos on or write on (like me, Lol). Most of them are either found with a jotting note or seen screen recording, taking screenshots, and all other things. The content creators are what I will call hardworking Korean enthusiasts.

The frustrated ones

Unapologetically, I will say these people have no business watching K-dramas, because tell me why you’re watching a K-Drama and you can’t see anything good in it and you are still watching. These ones are only pretending to be K-enthusiasts. They are not actually one, and I have seen lots of them. While everyone is busy praising the works of the directors, casts, and all, all they do is complain. We might need to fish them out!

Writing this was fun because I got to tell you about your K-Drama habits in a relatable light. Is there something I missed out on? Tell me in the comments, which category do you fall into?
