Korean Actors and Actresses with the Best Chemistry

One thing that makes the best romance in K-dramas is the chemistry between the leads (the type where they rub our obvious singleness in our faces.) And how you know that the chemistry between the leads is giving is when people start shipping them and wishing they would date in real life after watching them act together.

Amidst all the romantic K-dramas we have, I am going to choose my favorite 5 so far and tell you why I think they are the best.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin (Crash Landing on You)

Oh, my days! I am so excited that I finally get to talk about this amazing and favorite couple of mine. I mean, I’ve literally watched Crash Landing on you 10 times already, and the truth is, I never get tired of it every time.

It’s the way Hyun Bin was always looking at Son Ye jin in the series for me and Son Ye Jin never missed the chance to tell him that his face was totally her type (she was definitely not lying or saying it for the screen alone when she said that)

Finally, finding out that they got married for real? The Icing on the cake people!!!

Lee Jun Ho and Im Yoon Ha (King the Land)

I was surely part of the people who genuinely and seriously wished this couple would just get together in real life after seeing the series ‘King the Land’

Just like in Crash Landing on You, Lee Jun Ho had this special and charming way he looked at Im Yoon Ha throughout the series like he wanted to just hide her all for himself. For, Im Yoon Ha, she knew exactly what she wanted in the series (Lee Jun Ho of course), and that just made the series more interesting.

Kim Soo Hyun and Kang Ji Won (Queen of Tears)

I already ranted about how this couple mocked my singleness with their PDA in one of my articles on ‘Queen of Tears’, but I am going to do it all over again whenever I get the chance.

Although it wasn’t all a bed of roses for this couple, their romance actually romanced.

For me, I try to stay out of trouble as much as possible because I have no knight in shining armor to always save me like Kang Ji Won. Neither do I have anyone to defend me like Kim Soo Hyun. However, outside my jealousy, they both tried and made the romantic scenes feel so real. It was commendable. I am always curious whenever I see any posts about them on my news feeds, but they all turn out to be irrelevant news. (Just get married for real already!)

Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young (WWW Secretary Kim)

Although Park Min Young has been featured in many romance series, I think she outdid herself in WWW Secretary Kim; I mean, it’s difficult to conquer a narcissist, isn't it?

As for Park Seo Joon, who knew that a narcissistic rich heir would bow down at the feet of love? It was just superb. This couple made every scene of that drama worth it, from the backstory to the actual plotline. It was just so great.

Park Hyung Sik and Park Bo Young (Strong Girl Do Bong Soon)

Unarguably, this Park Park couple had a chemistry that made viewers (Me!) jealous. I mean, they were just busy taunting the second lead throughout the series. I felt bad for the guy as much as I felt bad for myself. They killed their roles respectively, and it was good to see them appear cameo in Strong Girl Nam Soon.
